Investing In The Future
5th Avenue Acquisitions & Venture Capitalists has worked closely with various investment groups and firms seeking capital, with great success in locating qualified, accredited investors who are seeking to invest in new ideas, companies, and individuals who show potential.
We have helped our most recent investment client raise over $750,00.00 of venture capital funding to assist with the research and development phase of their company. Here’s a brief highlight of one of the companies we have worked with:

Introduction
Next time you walk into a health or fitness facility, we encourage you to take a look around. Notice that there are very few, if any, elderly or disabled users. Why is this? Many would attribute this absence to lesser motivation or physical capabilities. Simply put, this is false. Their absence is due to a lack of accessible fitness equipment in the market.
IncludeFitness is company dedicated to providing accessible fitness equipment for those with physical limitations. Physical limitations can range from those with arthritis to those with more severe limitations such as amputations or certain levels of paralysis. Below is a link to a YouTube video regarding our flagship product, The Access. The Access is a piece of inclusive fitness equipment that caters to the demographics mentioned above as well as able-bodied users - providing an equal platform of fitness for everyone.
In the past couple of years, we have won numerous design awards, raised over $200K in investments, obtained an issued utility patent, hired a CEO, and completed a working prototype (video can be seen here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vj84xCUQf9M ). Our target markets include VA Facilities, Senior Care Communities, and Retirement Communities. We are initially seeking $750,000 USD for our first round funding in exchange for 33% of the company. Our second round will consist of a $1.5M USD raise for a total raise of approx. $2.25 -- $2.5M.
We have a business plan with completed financials, market analysis, term sheets etc. should there be interest to learn more.
